For the range issue you should start by switching the Turret Concurrence Registry (Artillery subsystem) for the Projectile Scoping Array (Autocannon subsystem) if you wanna use the 425 mm ACs.
Not sure about your other stats for a C3 since I've never been in one. |

Range and cap are ging to be your problems with this set up.
Sleepers will web you, and since it will sometimes be the trigger it will be a pain in the ass. A corpmate of mine runs a blaster proteus for c3 wh's. It is great in a group as it has a very good dmg output, but other ships can help out when she gets webbed. She doesnt solo c3 sites in the wh with it because of the range issues.
Secondly sleepers do neut quite a bit, will you probably will be fine in the easier sites, (the ones you dont have to scan down). The radar and mag sites can be a ***** because of neuting. There is one site (mag I think) That has a wave with 3 neuting bs' they really neut the hell out of you.
For comparison, my c3 wh tengu is 65% cap stable and has a omnitank of 759 dps. Those sleepers will burn through both my tank and my cap, but my cap goes down so quickly thats actually the reason I need to warp out, not my tank.
my advice, try to fit longer range guns, test out with a corp mate, then try an eaiser site solo, and see how it works for you.
hope that helps.
p.s. I know f*ck all about minmatarr ships tbh, just have experience running c3 wh's |

with those stats you are better off with a drake since it has the same DPS with more range and same tanking but with a little more sig radius. |

7 launchers 2/2/2 extenders/invuls/rechargers 2/2 BCUs/SPRs 3 CCCs
if you can squeeze a third LSE for a recharger, go for it.
edit: fitting a drake is not rocket surgery.
edit2: i have not EFT'ed it but you might get by with a full set of passive hardeners and 2 LSEs. if you can get your omnitank above ~400 with 2 BCUs and without invuls, you are immune to neuting which is good.

Best all around drake fit for C3s - you can squeeze a little more regen out of it at the expense of resists, but if you end up with logistic support or other people doing RR then those resists count. |

op wanted a solo fit. when you fly solo, you do not want three active hardeners

Theres only one active hardener on that fit and its fine for solo, tried and tested over many months. |

You can replace some of the hardeners for rechargers which pushes up the tank to slightly over 500 but I don't reccomend it - for one some of the higher dps waves actually have higher em/thermal damage profile by quite a margin and you end up tanking less to those even tho the omni tank is higher but also as I said if you end up running with friends and throw some RR into the mix the resists help there to. |

Don't bother with the Loki for solo C3 work. Seriously, you'll be hammering your screen in frustration because of the difficulty getting into range to start applying even half decent dps. The Legion is far superior because it has 35-40km optimal with Scorch, still has decent tracking and can one-shot frigs before they even get close to webbing you. And the Tengu ofc has no trouble at all.
I speak from experience - after using a Legion for 18 months, I tried a pimped Loki and it took easily 5 mins longer to run the basic anomalies. I chucked it in 3 days later.
However, it does have a half decent role in a small gang if you use the web bonus sub. |

The web bonus + arty sub w/ arty is sick, one shotting frigs and putting serious amounts of alpha on cruisers - really nice for running C3s but to actually do it better than a drake = serious amount of ISK spent on the loki - I would probably actually run like that if it wasn't for the fact you'd be sitting there as a nice juice 5bn odd ISK bait. |

Not sure why people keep trying to do solo sleeper sites with Loki's. They are fantastic PVP ships or PVE ships when they are acting as webbers for tracking Dreads or Tengus, but the range issues with AC's and power req's for Arty's make it a bit substandard. That is the reason why missile boats are the kings of PVE in the cruiser/BC class hulls. |

I'll drop the two passives for another adaptive and a painter for those pesky frigs. Worked better for me. |

The Neuts from a c3 site is minimal. Oruze is about the only one you really gotta watch out for. Solar cell has medium Neuts and small Neuts. Outpost have none, and forts have two cruiser Neuts and one bs neut. If your cap gets too low, warp out and back. |

Perfect. You can also squeeze an offline core probe launcher into the eighth high slot. You will be glad you have it one day. Swapping the Invulnerability field for a kinetic amplifier will allow you to keep the probe launcher online; scanning in a ship without scanning bonus is a pain though and I would rather avoid it.

Actually, downgrade those SPR's to meta 4 (same recharge rate, same tank-a-bility), and add an online core probe launcher I or II for a measure of added security.....especially if you only run 1 account or monitor.
