Could anyone come up with a list or direct me to one for 0.0 systems that have a empire 1 jump away? I tried looking on eve maps but was unsuccessful..
meaning NO low sec in between high sec and empire.

EC-P8R from the 0.0 side. This should be pretty easy to find, given some database skills and the CCP EVE static data dump.
