Hi, if I want to speed through Sansha level 4s, killing all npcs(for bounties), and returning to salvage in a dedicated ship, will a Domi and a Phoon work out well?
Should I fit both for tank and remote reps and then aggro entire room with drones and missiles killing away?
Or should I fit one for tank and one for high DPS?
Not sure what to do...I know either could take the missions solo, but I'm looking to do them fast and only have BC or BS at my disposal. There might be better options such as HACs or more expensive ships but atm I'm working with what I have...
So if you had only BC or BS (or a mix of the two) what would be one of the better set ups to take on Sansha lvl4s quickly?

If you are playing both accounts simultaneously then a support Domi is a great choice. CNR or Raven/Domi is a good choice. With the domi providing an active armor tank for itself and RR for the raven, and then the Raven only needs to worry about resistance and maybe a little buffer. Which open up some slots for maybe a SBII, maybe some painters, maybe a bit more buffer. Whatever you feel want, really.
Raven's already handily solo's level 4's, so the Domi is going to add some nice bonused Heavy drone damage, plus support the raven defensively. Plus you don't have to worry about Sansha tracking disruptors.

Sadly both the phoon and the domi are quite low on dps in their most common feature. Wich of course is ironic to say as they're two of the highest dps ships in game. In general you don't want to run two ships in the same missions, but if you're set on taking two, the phoon and domi need not perform particularily bad.
There's however a number of requirements to make it worthwhile.
One tanked ship. No need what so ever to have tanks on both, in fact having even one of them tanked will be overkill most of the time.
Lots and lots of gank on both, the ship not having the tank will want target painters, both will most likely fit omnitracking links.
domi should fit 6x 425mm rails, Phoon gets 5 cruise or torp launchers depending on mission, and preferably 3 guns. Alternatively 2 guns and a cloak or transfer or something such or better yet salvagers and tractors as the domi just won't have room for it.
This means both pretty much has to be shieldtanked to be effective.
Once you master the above to a good grade, you'll have a combo that breaks even the best of pimped sansha blitzers, even if only then.
Best pair would however most likely be 2x apocs or abaddons for non-faction/t2 and 2 nightmares for faction, 2 paladins for t2. All three quite similiar in performance.

Definitely not a blitzing team there, but it would be highly amusing to plop down 10 sentries between the two of them and just watch the show while repping and throwing out a few missiles/bullets.

i would use a BS and a CS combo.
this is the fastest way i have found to bliz missions with 2 chars.
against sansha id use my Paladin(tachs) and alot in abso(beams)
CS can low cruiser and sub very fast and take em out fast. while the BS can keep shooting BS/bc rats.

Should work fine as others have said. One thing I haven't seen mentioned is to use the Amarr drones vs. Sansha. The Amarr sentry's are awesome if you are fighting Sansha because they hit EM (yay!) and they have the perfect combo of range and tracking for most level 4's. It is enough range to hit just about anything, but also enough tracking to nail cruisers np.
Edit: Use EM Cruise missiles and EMP Artillery on the Phoon, and use 425's on the Domi so you can hit out far with Antimatter for maximum Thermal damage (kinetic sucks vs. Sansha). I haven't looked into it but maybe it would be possible to fit Lasers on the Domi? If you could do it without major Powergrid problems it would probably do more dps even without the 25% hybrid bonus.

if you are flying 2 bs's for lvl4 missions, be sure to slap on a energy circle jerk.
Why worry about cap when you can produce it from nothing?

You can get 300-350 dps out of a sabre if you feel so inclined.
Just know that in my vargur I can instapop T1 and T2 frigs with my 800mm autocannons anywhere from 20km to 80km..
