Well this dude aint the best, but a good starter char to work on.
He has some good engineering skills and avg. learning skills.
the - sec is not a highlight, but I think it adds some flash 
But dont let all this fool you, he is located in highsec, and still a great starting platform.

well using the 250mil = 1 mil sp it comes out at 2 bil - the sec status I was thinking around the 1.5 ball park.
