Chapter 1 - Summary of ACOMM and this IPO
Advanced Commodities Inc. is a new corporation that aims to supply the planetary commodities market. ACOMM
will build planetary colonies and use them to build P4 advanced commodities. Those will then be sold on the
open market.
I hereby seek to publicly raise the required funding of 40.000.000 (40 million ISK) for this operation. For that ACOMM will issue 1000 shares (40.000 ISK each) via the LLSE (Little League Stock Exchange) Service Cista2 provides. All payments for shares have to be made to her. Please make sure you read this post to understand how the LLSE market works. Please note that there is a fixed limit of 100 shares per investor for the initial call. Another 60.000.000 (60 million ISK) will be supplied from my main (see below). He will hold the remaining 1.500 shares.
ACOMM will start its operation as soon as the required funding is raised. Dividend payments (5% per Month) will be made bi-weekly (1.000 ISK per Share every two weeks). First payment will be made two weeks after the operation has started.
Chapter 2 - Background on origins/idea/current business
I have been playing eve for quite some time now. My main (see below) is an active industrial. I have been
quite succesfull in building ammo, missiles and weapons. I recently expanded my business to gain a second source
of income by trading. Even though im just doing this for a few weeks now im also satisfied with the returns in this field. A third activity of my own is the new planetary interaction feature. My main has a few colonies
also building a P4 commodity. I plan to expand this buisness and thus created this character (Gash Aldorayn)
to manage Advanced Commodities Inc.
The planetary commodities market is still agitated and good profits can be made here. Advanced Commodities Inc. will buy necessary low level planetary commodities and process them into P4 advanced commodities for a profit. This is in contrary to what my main does. There i actually build everything i need on my own. Advanced Commodities Inc. however will buy required ressources from the market. This allows for more diversification in the produced products thus making the whole operation more robust.
Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance
Advanced Commodities Inc. is governed by my own. The corporation has no other members and will never have.
I will be the only one with access to all the assets.
Chapter 4 - The Business Plan
Advanced Commodities Inc. will buy required planetary commodities from the open market, process them
into P4 advanced commodities on colonies and sell them again on the market. I have identified five
promising commodities which i belive i can build with profit in my region. I plan to create the first four colonies during the first two weeks and the fifth short after that. From my current projections i assume an average profit of 11% over all five commodities. The profit range is from 27% for the best good to 5.0% for the worst one. However i believe that some products are currently overrated so profit margins will reduce.
The market capitalization acquired from this IPO will be used to buy the required low level commodities
to get the operation started. The whole operation will be done soley in High Sec. There will be absolutely no
need to enter Low Sec or 0.0 at any time. However

Chapter 5 - Full Disclosure of Risks
The P4 Commodities market might brake down and i might not be able to sell the produced items for a profit.
Even though i do not believe this to happen there are some options i will consider in that case:
At first i might reduce the number of produced commodities and use the other available colony slots to produce
the required resources myself. This will lower total profit but still yield some. If everything fails i can
still sell all assets on the market and end this operation without too much of a loss.
If i get War Deced i might not be able to haul the necessary items to and from the colonies.
Hauling the stuff through High Sec is also a small but yet not negligible risk of this operation.
If RL kicks in and i can no longer spend time in the EVE Universe the operation will halt. However my goal is
to have this operation running with very little effort so i hope to always find at least some time.
Last but not least: SCAM. Since this is my first IPO on MD this might pretty well be a scam. If you believe this, dont invest. If you cant afford to lose the money (for me scamming or any other reason), dont invest.
Chapter 6 - Full Disclosure of Main and Alts
My Main is Alexey Iranov. He is a miner and industrialist. I started trading with him a few weeks ago and will
continue to do so during the operation of Advanced Commodities Inc. However operations done with Alexey are totaly seperated from Advanced Commodities Inc.
Shana Ray is another alt of mine. I only used her to create the corp Alexey is in.
Gash Aldorayn is the alt created soley for the purpose of this operation. He is the CEO of Advanced Commodities Inc. and he will be the only member of the corp during the whole lifetime of this operation.
Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy
If the P4 Commodities Market brakes down or i can not sell the produced goods for profit anymore for any other
reason i will perform the following exit strategy: At first all items left at the colonies will be
sold on the market. I try to avoid fire sales but will sell them via sellorders. I will then offer to buyback issued shares from investors at a reduced price of 36.000 ISK (10% discount). Given these numbers
this operation will reach its brake even point after 2 month of sucessful operation for the investors. If for some reason the Assests owned by Advanced Commodities Inc. will not yield enough money i can not guarantee to reach this price. However an investor issued buyback is not an option during the lifetime of the operation. You can still issue Sell-Orders for your amount of shares on the LLSE market board.

Q: How can i buy/sell shares?
All buying and selling has to done via Cista2. She runs the LLSE market board.
Q: How do I know this isn't a scam?
You dont. There is nothing i can do to assure you this is not a scam. If you dont trust me dont invest.
If you cant afford to lose the money, dont invest. Anyway, destroying my reputation for 40 mio ISK is a rather
deal i guess...
Q: How do you know you'll be successful?
I have been quite successful in my other operations with my main. I also ran the math
on this operation.
Q: Why are you doing this?
I am always looking for new opportunities to earn some money. Planetary Interaction
is a new interesting source of passive income in EVE which i would like to exploit.
I have also always been interest in running a public funded corporation in EVE. Due
to the rather small amount of requested ISK i believe this to be a good starting point.
Q: Do you intend to have an audit done at some point?
If required i am willing to do an audit. However i have never done this before.
Q: Will you ever buy back shares?
I will offer a buyback as part of the exit strategy explained above. However it is not guaranteed
that i can buyback all shares at their full value or even the discounted price. I might consider buying back shares at some point in the future but this is up to me and not an option for shareholders.

Chapter 5 - Statement of Assets
I have created Gash Aldorayn soley for the purpose of this operation. Except for the required skills and
an Iteron Mark III he literaly has no assets. My Main possess a Hulk, a Bestower, a few T1 blueprints, about
100 millions worth of minerals, items in production for another few millions, blueprints in research and a bunch of other items i use for trading. However these Assets will be kept completely out of the operation of Advanced Commodities Inc, expect for my own cash injection of 60 mio ISK.

That's cool, but it is the time of isk transfer that is decisive on whether the shares are yours. They will probably sell out quite fast, 600 left now.

I see that this offering is styled an "IPO" and "shares" were sold, but in many regards this looks more like a bond offering:
- It appears that dividends fixed at 5% monthly; is that correct?
- What happens to any earnings over that 5%?
- Would the 10%-discounted buy-back price increase with NAV?
(My questions do not suggest that this offering or bond offerings generally are evil, rather, I am wondering why this one is not described as a bond offering.)

I plan to pay out a dividend based on the profit i make. This will hopefully be bigger than 5%. You can see this 5% as a guaranteed dividend payment. I will come up for this minimum payment with my own assets if the operation fails. Of course i would then perform the exit strategy described above which could still result in the (small) loss for the investors if this happens soon. However i should have stated this more clearly in the IPO.
If, at my choice as explained above, i will resort to the exit strategy i will offer a fixed buyback of 36.000 ISK per share. This can result in a loss if it happens too soon but i hope it will not of course. However if i at some time decide to buy back "my" coorporation full or in parts i will of course have to outbid outstanding buy-orders from other investors.
I apologize if i have caused any doubts due to a misleading name-calling in this offer. I should have noted that i am neither a finance-person in real life nor a native english speaker :) Anyhow the IPO (or bond) has been sold out so i guess i have found enough investors which were willing to accept the terms described above. Thank you for stating the possible confusion caused so i can improve future offers i make (if any).

Dear Investors,
It is time for the first bi-weekly shareholder report so here it goes... ACOMM First Shareholder Report (please ignore that fact that i used Ç most of the time instead of ISK  )
Summary:
The first four colonies have been established as planned. Unfortunately the fourth colony was established just two day ago so it is not yet productive. However ACOMM was able to sell a total of 340 Advanced Commodities for a total profit of 29.620.712,12 ISK. I will hold back 20 mio ISK for further expansions in the next two weeks leaving a total dividend payment of 9.620.712,12 ISK (3.848,28 ISK per share). This payment will be issued right away.
Next dividend payment is scheduled for September, 20th.

i just wanted to mention projected growth to you as i dont feel you thought about the long term proespects of your corp although i dont know your background or how many characters you have.
i mention growth because for 1 character you can only have 5 colonies(at the moment) so your corp and the corps shareholders your holdings will always remain the same and for you in particular the longer you continue to pay dividends without growth the more income you are losing for YOU.
i'd be very interested in maybe chatting to you about pssiblities of expanding your corp. mail me on convo me in game, or ignore me and carry on:P

Dear Investors,
time for the second dividend payment. I did not provide a full shareholder report this time. If you wish i will do so and upload it here during the next few days. However i can state the following about the business:
Due to higher competition on the market ACOMM produced and sold slightly less Advanced Commodities as during the previous period. However the average profit per unit over all products slightly increased resulting in almost the same profit level as before. I could not yet establish the fifth colony due to lack of time on my side. However i aim to do so during the next report period.
For this period i have decided to pay out a dividend of 15.000.000 ISK (6.000 ISK per share) to the shareholdes. The remaining profit will be used to further expanded the business. This is a return on invest of 15%. Payment will be issued right away.
Next dividend payment is scheduled for October, 4th.
