1. I often see blue or yellow cargo boxes or wrecks. What are they? Can I loot those wrecks without making anyone angry?
2. While I was doing a mission I was being webified by some "stasis tower" or something. I was 100 km away from it and I could not get out of it's effect. Is there a way to know the range of opponent's electronic modules?
3. Is there a way to make some sort of "user generated queries"? I was in a situation where I had to make 20 jumps to another agent. So I thought it would be very useful if I could make a query of all my offered or accepted missions on that route. And while flying to my destination I could stop and finish some other missions. I think there are a lot of situations like that one where the abundance of information is confusing and very hard to navigate through.
4. Natural phenomena! "You can't warp to that location because there is some natural phenomena that is preventing that". Is there a way around that or is this EVE element of the gameplay that has some sort of reason? I don't want to warp directly to the location, but 100 km away from it so I could scout my opposition. Can I still do it even with that natural phenomena?
thank you

2) Those towers can be really annoying. They usually have a really long range and hard to avoid. The only thing you can do is either change your fit so that you are in range to hit it sooner or kill everything else thats attacking you and leave the tower till last.
3) Not that I know of no. You could build your path yourself by setting your own waypoints but I don't know of any computer generated route.
4) That message usually comes from being in a location where the devs don't want you warping around everywhere, usually in a mission room or something similar. You should still be able to warp 'out' to something but you won't be able to warp around once in the effected area. The only other thing I can suggest is get in a cheap & fast ship, do your scouting and get out before they can do much damage.

Yes as above poster said, you can only loot the blue ones, the others may get you aggro with the owner who gets 15 minutes to kill you without concord interference. This is often done in newbie areas to get free kills, or in asteroid belts where people don't bother to loot the wrecks. You can salvage wrecks without getting aggro though, just don't take the contents.
2. Those stasis towers have very long range, no idea if they all have different ranges. If they make you very vulnerable (for instance if you're speed tanking) destroy them (if in range), otherwise ignore them and destroy them later. They can be annoying, especially if you have fit short range weapons.
3. No idea, usually I only do 1 mission at a time.
4. "Natural phenomena!" just means "you can't use a microwarpdrive here!". In missions this is generally the case and people use Afterburners to speed up their ships; MWDs are hardly if ever used in missions.

Set your autopilot to your destination, and then open the map (F10).
In the star map tab of the map control panel open the my information folder and check the "My available agents" radio button.
You can now see all the sytems on your route highlighted green where you have an agent that will talk to you.
Note that this can not be narrowed down to agents from an individual corp, or faction, but will show every single agent who is available to you

It's supposed to stop folk from going into the last room of a plex directely, what would cause overproduction and hence devaluation of the reward.
Most missions have a single NPC as the trigger. Players have have to be stopped to go quickly to that trigger and kill it to keep the mission reward ballanced.

Thank you all. Answers are what I imagined them to be, but asking is safer then crying.
