1. whats the best/cheapest way to get harby and abaddon BPO's?
2. how would i go about gettin a crusader/wolf BPO?

All tech 1 (meta 0) BPO can be purchased from NPC sell order on the market. BPO Calc shows who sells them (Harbinger and Abaddon BPO are sold by Amarr Navy). These BPO have not had any research done on them. Researched BPO can only be sold via contracts.
Tech 2 stuff is mostly invented using a blueprint copy (BPC), other than the few T2 BPO still in-game and being sold on contracts for several billion (not everything has a T2 BPO).

Tech one BPOs are usually cheapest from the NPC seller (whom can be hard to find...)
BPOs from NPCs are always completely unresearched.
Researched BPOs can only be had from other players. Frequently check the contract pages for a month or so, then buy when you see a good price.
Tech Two BPOs: Are no longer added to the game. Unless you already have one, the ONLY source is players who got one (or more) when they were seeded, or have purchased them. Life is not fair, Eve is less fair, quit if you cant handle that.
(For the record, I'd like to see CCP once or twice a year auction one (and only one) of EACH T2 BPO, starting bid One billion, 200mil minimum increment. This would delute the pool SLOWLY for the insanely valuable one, while the less valuable BPOs would never get a bid.)
However, I'll lose no sleep if things stay as they are.

you can also buy researched BPOs on contracts
2. BPOs for T2 ships get sold here linkage
T2 BPCs get sold via contracts, you can also invent them yourself
