Thinking that I could undercut what eve charges on accounts month to month, I bought some "dirty isk" to get a plex card for cheaper then eve sells them. Yes I know that was foolish, but I didn't read the eula and I didn't know that you could be banned for buying dirty isk. I merely got warned, but I got docked the 300m dirty isk which put me into a negative 7 mil account balance on a new account. (5 days old.) Thinking that I could make ammends, not knowing that I couldn't use the market with a negative balance, I bought a 60 day time code and converted it into plex, so I could get out of the debt. The admin who sent me the account said that plex was the only way to use real world currency to get in game currency, so I was surprised when I couldn't sell the plex to pay off my stupidity. Long story short, I bought 300m dirty isk, account is currently -7 million in debt, and then I bought a 60 day time card and converted it into plex to use to resolve my negative balance, I was unaware that I couldn't use the market in debt, so I'm stuck with 2 30 day plex cards, and no way to pay off 7 million debt. So I was wondering if an admin could restore the 300m transfer for long enough for me to sell my plex and get my account out of negative land. Yes I know, I probably won't get much sympathy for my screwup, but I spent 45$ on the game, and the plex is stuck with the character in debt...

Akita T Caldari Caldari Navy Volunteer Task Force	Posted - 2010.08.23 19:52:00 - [4] AFAIK, you should be able to do direct trades even with a negative wallet balance, so if you can find a willing buyer that can be bothered to move in the same station with you (for a small discount maybe), that would work, although you would probably have to explain why (so they don't think you're trying to scam them). You can also ask to borrow 7//8//10 mil ISK from people in "local" with the promise of giving a little bit back in a couple of minutes, it's not like that amount is such a huge deal for anybody older than a few months, so somebody might loan it to you. _ Beginner's ISK making guide \| Manufacturer's helper \| All about reacting _

Create new alt, run tutorial missions, maybe a few level 1s, transfer ISK, you're in the clear in an evening. Malcanis' Law: Whenever a mechanics change is proposed on behalf of "new players", that change is always to the overwhelming advantage of richer, older players.

Julius Rigel Sub-warp Racing Venture	Posted - 2010.08.23 20:01:00 - [10] There's a myriad solutions to such a trivial sum (you're lucky you hadn't spent the whole 300m before you got caught, or you would have been 300m in the red!). What you cannot do is station trade, it ought to tell you that you need 0 ISK and that you don't have enough ISK. What you can do? Make a new character, you have 3 character slots after all, and sell the PLEXes with that character instead, then top up your negative wallet balance with a wire transfer. Oh, and, bad Andy! Bad!
