I have been to almost all the corners of the known universe of new eden. There is one thing that i have noticed over my four years, angel NPC's are by far the hardest to kill. Compared to Sansha it's a joke they do all types of damage, they all have mwd's, Amarrian lasers are practically useless against their shields. Am I the only one who notices this? I personally think angels should either be nerfed down to the level of the others or vise versa. Thoughts?

I have indeed never noticed this. It's pretty easy:
Use Caldari to kill Guristas (or anything else tbh). Use Amarr to kill Sansha/Blood Raiders. Use Gallente to kill Serpentis/Guristas. Use Minmatar to kill anything (but especially Angels).

Try using explosive missiles vs. Sanshas, tell me how that works out.

Lies. Lasers make things melt. Explosives make things go boom as they decompress. But in the darnkness of space, its not a boom so much as a fireworks show without sound .

Wtf? Angels are by far the easiest of the easiest npc rats to kill. ffs I used to run static low sec and nullsec angel 5/10 and 6/10 in my hml curse and totally dominated them. Man, nearly a bil a day off a few hours plexing with all the juicy bounites and overseer effects.
GODDAMNIT CCP BRING BACK STATIC PLEX..

Use Gallente to kill Serpentis/Guristas, unless you're flying a Domi or an Ishtar, then switch drones and use it to kill anything.

Plasma containment chambers. Explosives cause breaches. Breaches causes leaks. Leaking plasma quite litterally melts Angel pilots in 6 times out of 10. The process is very quick, and is expected to be more pleasant than being potentially protected behind some piece of a reinforced bulkhead, that shields the pilot for long enough to be exposed to the vacuum of outer space.

sound does travel in space just not very far. space is NOT a complete vacuum... sound can travel very small distances due to being able to bounce off the tiny particles floating in space.

Sound doesn't bounce off particles. Sound is the detected movement of particles themselves.

That's probably because the Curse has a 85% base explosive resist? Not all ships are so "lucky".

Since when did resists kill npc ships? Besides a single explosive hardner on any shield tanked ship will let you easily tank them. I was commenting that 4 unbonused hml along with 5 med drones let me **** the entire site with a quickness as the curse is not know for its spectacular dps.

and also sansha rats do pathetic damage, they hardly scratch my munins armour, clearly they need a buff.
In the real world angels are probably the weakest rats thanks to their crappy ewar (oh noes that frigate is target painting my battleship).
