Hasn't been CA for a while.
CTEC was founder of XIF's 0.0 expansion in about december/novemeber last year, joined CA in about february over discontent about XF's handling of Evol and SA incursions, left CA due to corp problems about april/may this year.
In march/april/may the 0.0/PvP oriented members have largely joined votf and other CA corps, and some others left to start new corporations with other friends.
I think the remains of CTEC, with old geezer 3names in the lead are still active in empire. BadIronTree seems to have a taste for occasional PvP, altho one wonders where he satisfies that taste. My guess is he secretly flies with some CA guys on occasion .
Still, for the oldest corp in Eve, CTEC is pretty unknown except maybe with the beta/alpha crowd.
But we digress, there's a channel ingame we occasionally use to talk with our former corpates. It's been a while since I was in it but I think it's called 'CTEC pub' or something.
