the orca is currently located in caldari space
edit
1st to show me verified proof gets the contract, ie more that 1 grp can attempt it.
or it the same pilot gets dumped twice in an orca that counts as 2 contracts, 3 times the same pilot, 3 contracts etc etc.

I finally trained small Arty Spec 1, I would be perfec for this in my Slasher!(Not a fan of Thrashers). Use of my time and slasher are 150Mil, plus a 30mil Posting fee.

It's a pretty large target, but I know I can get a gang together and manage it.
200 mil, 100mil up front, 100 mil upon API verified KM.

OP: you should use a reputable third party to hold the cash if you don't want to pay up front. Or, I will hold it for you if you'd like.
I don't think anybody will go for the 'kill first, pay later' concept unless a third party is used.

Avoid getting screwed by dodgy escrow. Spank Escrow services come with many testimonies and not just fake alt posts etc etc.

I have tried a lot of escrow services and after getting ripped off a few times, Spank Escrow is the only one I now trust. Will use again, A+++
