After a few years of playing eve...living in 0.0, taking part in 500 vs. 500 battles, solo and so on, we became a bit bored. We don't really feel like spending nights in CTAs anymore and mining also doesn't seem like much fun (PI is turning the same direction as mining...). We thought about the way, to bring some "free spirit" into the game. Possibilities are simple: 1) Become a pirate and don't bother any more about any rules and moral things:) - Well, being a pirate is fun, but it is also quite demanding. Since your SS will sink into the bottomless pit, you'd better be prepared for that with some logistics issues and things like that. 2) Pick up your targets anywhere and anytime in high sec regions. - That sounded interesting. Let's say we choose this option, but how does this work? What's that all about? It's about WARs. Yes. This is when you were killed once when you undocked from Jita on your brand new t3 cruiser to try it out and unexpectedly was focused by few ships with red stars. It's all simple. - We look for the corp to war dec. Can be some corp we heard about, can be some random from a local, can be any corp suggested by you. Since it's a limit of 3 wars per corp, at the moment we will pick up targets carefully. (If you have ideas for alliance - eve-mail). - We hunt for them and fight their members when and if it's convenient for us. (what? don't blame me for offering convenience to our corp members by making others feel sad...that's how it works everywhere) If someone doesn't know what "DECLARING WAR" means: http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/War_Declaration And what is the purpose of that? Ultimate goal? WIN in EVE!:) Complete the game and get a t-shirt! No purpose, no goal, no fancy-shmancy "interstellar" ideas of rulling the eve universe. Just enjoy the gameplay which mostly for you will be focused on lookign for targets, killing or avoiding to be killed:) Why should you join? Well...no one said you should:) But if you are still reading, then either you are about to post a "hate-reply" or maybe the opportunity sounds more or less interesting for you. Pros and cons from how we see them. Pros: - you can fight in high sec without losing ss. - you can join the corp when you want to fight and leave it when you had enough. - you may suggest the "target" if you have any special "check to pay back". - if we have capacity of members and a good target to focus on - we can arrange a CTA:) But no obligations. Cons: - you will be killed, most probably. maybe not once. maybe your entire experience of wars in high secs would be quite dissapointing for you. it all depens on your judgement of the circumstances ("20 war targets in a local - hmm...should i undock on my frigate with 74 plexes in cargo...let's give it a try..." <-- wrooong!) - we will be war deced by other corps too, even ones we did'nt engage ourself. so the amount of enemies could be from 0 to "OMG-I-LOG-OFF". - you can suggest a corp to war dec, but you can't suggest NOT to war dec. - haters can start to form in circles around you:)

We made this post here, not because we depend on how many members we have, but more because we wish to share this experience with others. No SP limits or whatever. It's your own choice. - you hate all that kind of things - leave a hate-reply. - you think it's childish - leave a hate-reply. - you are so outraged - hunt the ceo and pod him. At the mo I'm kinda just drifting through eve waiting for the next skill to finish, and though I was considering pirating low sec this does sound the better alternative... One last note would be I don't have mega experience in pvp or even some of the deeper content in eve but I'm willing to learn. What sort of requirements do you guys look for? After you join a corp - most likely the High Secs will become a bit more hostile for you, so you should beware of that! So if you are ready to that with whatever SP you have - feel free to apply!:) - Argh! Let's go shoot'em all! Where are they? - Wars are fun, but not always the target corp is fully online with all their members. And it may take some time to find them. On the other hand, you may find yourself locked in Jita 4-4 unable to undock cause 10+ war targets are waiting for you outside. Be aware of that also.

You're making your tiny corp out like a PvP corp but...well, why would you war dec someone then not attempt to mount any type of offensive? It just doesn't make any sense to me.
