Are wardecs based on Racism allowed?

It was only during the warm-up period to the war dec things got interesting. See the guys who decced us ( RAWR Lords) found out our CEO is both black, and a woman, and they claim that's why they are aggressing us. So for the past 24 hours I've been putting up with "N----- This" and "N----- that" as well as the threats of slavery, cross burning, ** etc. in particular this one offended me very much : "Cxxxxx > ** piece of , you black ***, we'll hang you all and burn some crosses in your system." So my question is, is this allowed by CCP? Can I war dec a corp just because I find out they are black in real life?

Racism = big no Wardecs = yes With other words you can wardecc anyone you like for most reasons. However, namecalling and blatant real life racism have nothing with EVE so although the war might continue, you can petition them for their offences. If they're saying "racial slurs" in local you can have them muted (petition it), though I prefer the HTFU method. As for your HTFU attitude towards racism, I don't believe the OP made any claim that racism was a "black-owned thing" at all. He has every right to expect protection from the small minded bigotry that infects the rest of the world while he plays this game. CCP have an obligation, as they state in the EULA, to protect its customers from such behaviour and as such a petition for muting/banning or some other form of recompense is duly owed to the person so attacked or offended. You claim to have been a victim of racism yourself which would, if true, i hope make you more understanding of the effects it can have, yet you seem to have a complete lack of regard for this indivduals feelings on the matter. May I respectfully suggest that you remove your head from your sphincter and engage your brain before posting again. So my question is, is this allowed by CCP? Can I war dec a corp just because I find out they are black in real life? Petition them and lol as they get banned.
