WHAT!!!!,,,,,
My question was ôwhy canÆt I fit the missile launchers to slot 5 and 6 your replied that CCP "readjusted its bonuses" doesnÆt answerer my question. Under the description of the Rattlesnake it states ôCaldari Battleship Skill BONUS: 5% shield resistance per levelö, and ôGallente Battleship Skill Bonus: 10% to drone hit points and damage per skill levelö. Nowhere does it list ship ôBONUSESö to pertain to the ships launchers or turrets. So why do you tell me ôCCP READJUSTED ITS BONUSESö, CCP did not readjust its bonuses it NERFED the ship by reducing itÆs launchers to 4 from 6 and eliminating itÆs turret mount. I bought the ship and it had 6 missile launchers and 1-turret high slots, the ship cost 1.2-Bil isk. CCP has "readjusted its bonuses" and also READJUSTED MY INVESTMENT. The Rattlesnake's current contract price range of 550-mil, with no rigs, to 600-mil with rigs. SO, by CCP "READJUSTING Its BONUSES" you cost me over 550-mil isk. This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Before CCP "READJUSTED Its BONUSES" they should have considered a few additional effects their actions would cause. (1). Nerfing the Rattlesnake totally devastated a playerÆs investment. (2). Nerfing the ship also greatly reduced its firepower thereby deviating from the original intent of being the ôBismarckö of the battlefield.
The most important thing CCP should have considered was to ôGrandfatherö the ship, leaving the ship in its original configuration with its current owner. Then upon it changing ownership ôREADJUST ITÆS BONUSES (NERFING)ö. Of course this would also reduce its value and because of this reduced value the owner should be justly compensated.
Bottom line, my investment has been reduced by over 50%, my game playing has lost an equal amount of entertainment value and I am calling on CCPs sense of fair play to reimburse me for my investment lost of 620 mil-isk.

1st chill out.. this change been on EVE since like a year ago and no one complained.
2nd nearly all faction ships got their role bonus touched to give a different ship with different roles, so the vindi/vigilant are no longer an overbuffed mega/thorax or the rattlesnake a raven in disguise.
3rd lousy attempt at trolling.. also this belongs to ship and modules

It adjusted its bonuses and brought the rest of the ship in-line with the adjusted bonuses.
I suppose you haven't noticed the fact you now have a 400 m^3 drone bay and a 125 bandwidth on top of the drone damage bonus (so, just as much drone DPS as a Dominix, but EVEN MORE room for spare/different drones) ?
The ship went from a top drone DPS of around 200 to a top drone DPS of almost 500 !
In fact, more people like it now than how many liked it before, as it certainly is more versatile and also tanks better.
The drop in price didn't come from the ship becoming worse, but from the ship becoming easier to get thanks to political landscape changes.

Before CCP "READJUSTED Its BONUSES" they should have considered a few additional effects their actions would cause. (1). Nerfing the Rattlesnake totally devastated a playerÆs investment. (2). Nerfing the ship also greatly reduced its firepower thereby deviating from the original intent of being the ôBismarckö of the battlefield.
The most important thing CCP should have considered was to ôGrandfatherö the ship, leaving the ship in its original configuration with its current owner. Then upon it changing ownership ôREADJUST ITÆS BONUSES (NERFING)ö. Of course this would also reduce its value and because of this reduced value the owner should be justly compensated.

on a side note, i would love to get one. kinda does suck about only 4 launchers. but seriously folks, a camo painted scorpion shaped space ship. thats srious business.
