I have a budget of up to 2 billion--but could possibly be talked into more depending on the character.
Looking for:
 Minmatar or Gallente Hauler (will consider Amarr and Caldari if they can fly a freighter.)
No skills are really necessary except racial industrial 5
If a character can fly transport ships, and/or a Freighter I might it would be nice but not necessary
Some trade skills a plus
Basically, my minimum requirement, and all I really need, is a low sp hauler. The other stuff is extra that I will pay for if I find the right character.

Previous post completely vanished, cannot even locate it with eve search--which I find incredibly strange. I'll bookmark this one.

Hi, here's my hauler alt:
http://eveboard.com/pilot/Jungir_Khan
No trade skills but can fly Freighter and Transports and has some basic support skills at V. Good learning skills too so trade ones shouldn't take too long and Remap is available to whack in charisma if needed! Got a full set of +3's.
