I tried that, wouldn't let me register, and there's no diplomacy section.
Also tried discussing it ingame with one, he basically said **** off, so they've made their bed and can now sleep in it

Just fyi, registration works fine. I just created an alt account with a different email address on our forum. Make sure at the bottom of the registration you check the 'I Agree' box, maybe you missed that.
Once you register, there is a 'Grievance' forum you can address your issue to.
Until then, kindly drop the 'dastardly criminal-baddie' act, with the vague comments. You might have intended some sort of 'apocolyptic doom' feel, but it just comes off as pointless maundering. Thanks for your time.

he didn't smartbomb his own tackler.
one of the pirates around lower syndicate used smartbombs on his covert ops along with FOF missiles. His SB hit his fof, which registered him as a target and his fof started hitting him. Not sure if it was tyrrax, but definately some rat

The 'genius' that was able to loose the golden magnet should be shot(personal opinion). Anyhow our reasons are not those and we have no reason to tell you them. To answer 'senz' in corp chat window we don't like ifni and he was shot at after the primary target had left.

Shouldn't it read 'I went to JQA space & got shot'?
Exacly as JQA pilots would undoubtably get shot at if they went to your space?

For the record, JQA is a declared anti-pirate alliance, doing what we can to keep our own space and neighbouring systems clear of rat infestations. We are battling quite a few local pirate corps daily and from time to time there will be misunderstandings and sitations where neutrals get caught in the cross-fire. This is not something we wish for, but it is unavoidable in the long run, especially with the alt situation beeing as it is.

a still dont, and will never like this "u came into ma space so will be shot" stuff.... first ask them to leave, if they dont, then u can shoot, but ppl do get lost, explorers do explore...
just seems many problems in EVE can be sorted wae words..

Ahem. What actually happened was that I warped to a gate at 15 and appeared right next to Tyrrax. His tackler decloaked next to me (in a buzzard) aswell and scrambled me. Because Tyrrax didn't have a lock she smart bombed me. However due to the close proximity of the Buzzard tackler he was also marked by the smartbomb as being hostile.
I put my guns on the buzzard to kill him to escape but because my cap was being neutralised I couldnt do it well. After a quick change to fof I started firing missiles. However since the buzzard was closer the fof went for it and blew it up.
So, yes she did smart bomb her own tackler. I would be interested to know if the covert ops cloak survived the engagement.
So please actually be in the engagement before passing comments on things that you know nothing about.
As for JQA attacking Tyrrax, this I can coroborate since I was also attacking Tyrrax in my Prophecy. I has stripped his apoc of shields with my radio crystals and was moving away aligned to warp out should she start shooting at me. Then the gate went active and JQA jumped into M2-CF1. This you can see in Tyrrax's pictures.
If JQA were there to protect me they have a funny way of showing it! For more information please check our kill list. Most of the people on there are JQA, anyone from the corporations of The Forsakened Companions, Unforgvn, Raptus Regaliter, The Company, Solstice Inc., Caldari Technological Division, Shades Corp, Octavian Vanguard and many others.
So believe what you will. But we are not allies.

I'm not entirely clear on how I managaged to smartbomb him, maybe he was still cloaked or maybe I just wasn't paying attention.
I *think* he hadn't started to scramble Ifni when I bombed him, he said my bombing him dropped him out of cloak anyways.
According to my logs about half the fofs hit Ifni and the other half Senz.
Rather embarassing, but it was my cloak (did get destroyed as you can see in the evemail I sent you ifni) to begin with so no big deal, I'll just buy another one.

looks like an attempt at some attention at the expense of a tiny unassuming nobody alliance. Why not attack Stain or BoB and then look for attention, that would be something to write about. We are an alliance, and allthough we have certain rules of behaviour among our members it is impossible to teach everyone the value and attitude needed for diplomacy. umh as i was the tackler that lost the ship i know what happened. according to my combat logs tyrrax fof's hit me and from ifni i got just some gun-hits, about 100 damage.
dont know why my corpmate fof's hit me, maybe its because of the sb, ah and yeah i decloaked because of getting hit by the sb.
dont exactly know if that was a bug or not, petitioned it to get a clear answer and in the future act accordingly 2it.
anyway was fun in the area, and ifni seems to be a quite skilled pilot to me.
