I would use evehq but I'm not able to install it. Anyways, I was hoping I could get help; I'm planning to get enough faction so I can make one in a 0.5 system. My goal is to mass produce minmatar cruisers and battlecruisers. I think I need an array and a lab, but I don't know which ones to get because the power/cpu requirements look recklessly high.

Fitting generated using My POS by Cassandra's Light.
Put up some mobile projectile autocannon and arillery small and mediums and a warp scrambler. They don't have to be online all the time. If you are solo and don't mess with anyone there is very little chance you will be attacked. Use the component assembly as a corp hangar - its more efficient than the hangar array.

Not sure if it is up to date...
Why do you want to manufacture at your POS? Isn't it safer to just manufacture at NPC stations and using POS for stuff that can't be done at NPC stations like Copying/Research (it can be done at NPC stations but you have to wait several weeks for a slot...)?

Most people don't manufacture at hisec POS since there are so many manufacturing slots open for far less ISK.
In hisec, a POS is primarily used for ME research, copying, and invention.
You can fit 3 mobile labs on a small Caldari tower.

You're correct, but you pay for that due to the now huge pos running prices, a small tower, which won't net you much is now over 108k an hour, I know it doesn't sound like a lot of ISK, but taking into account you generally need to keep the pos online 24/7, that 2.6m a day adds up quickly.
As one of the other guys in the thread says, use empire station slots, honestly for smaller stuff, the build speed bonus really isn't that important.
Maybe if you become very good and expand you'll need dedicated pos for production, but at least for your own start, go with stations.

for T2 ammo id realy advice a ammunition assembly array tho. it can take days off a full build.
