Nah, just want them to get it right without screwing it up even more. Accidents happen more often under pressure and i've noticed that when the players put the devs under pressure about geting the server up again, something else goes wrong.

It's not that, I work in landscaping and whenever a job is delayed because of some reason like a turfing job can be delayed because the delivery truck broke down or something, we get put under pressure by the customers to get the job done as quickly as we can. Annoys the hell out of me because I'll try to get it done but I might screw up somewhere doing the job and I'll end up having to do it all over again.

So using your analogy, if the delivery truck was constantly late or breaking down, wouldnt you try a different method of getting your turf instead of just waiting for the inevitable to happen yet again?

Well it is the most reliable method we've used. Just like CCP use the same resources that are the most reliable for them. They've probably tried all the other methods and it just wasn't as reliable.
So using your analogy, if the delivery truck was constantly late or breaking down, wouldnt you try a different method of getting your turf instead of just waiting for the inevitable to happen yet again?
