Someone started crying on the forums that all the "good & cool names" where taken and used by people no longer playing EVE so CCP should delete those characters so the "gud & kewl namez" like captain kirk, darth vader, buck rogers, princes ardalla etc. etc. could be claimed again.
So I thought wtf, created this alt then took me 5 sec to come up with this uber cool name.
Until a few weeks ago I had no idea it belonged in the starwars universe though, until I got an evemail about it.
So its a bit less uber cool. Oh well.

The name is Dutch, in reverse. In English it would be Namdam Lareves.

I'd say your name in English would be Lareves Namdam, to be exact. But what do I know...
I just tend to put 'Angel' as a last name to just about every character I ever created in many different games. Because we're all God's servants... ... ... naaaah. I guess it started playing an Angel deck in MTG, and using the Serra version in just about every other deck I ever made after that.
But I'm not sure about that.
Oh, and 'Gareth' is always translated by my friends to 'Gerrit'.

Ocih is an SWG random name I claimed for my own. It was a good name, it stuck.
Mine was my SWG character's name, but obviously wasnt random, and has stuck with me since. Nice, generic MMO name.

Found a random Lovecraftain name generator, i used this site for 90% of names over the years and on random occassion i find pron queens suitable name at times

Had to mangle the obvious choice because it was takenà 
àbut other than that, it's a handle I've been using since, oh, 1992 or so, taken from one of the emanations in the Sefirot of the Kabbalistic tradition, which was already pre-mangled in the late '90s because people just couldn't learn to spell the darn thing correctly.

I often name myself [TT]BrundleFly after Jeff Goldblum in The Fly. It was never a favorite movie as such but I liked the name. However EVE doesn't allow [TT] (my real initials) and BrundleFly was taken.
So I went with BrundleMeth as in my RL youth I was known to spend vast quantaties of ISK for Meth-Amphetamines for myself...
I also have another character named StillBorn CrackBaby...

Funny, my name comes from the same way as the Ops - the SWG name generator, when i played it five or six years ago.
One year later i came up with the name that im using for every other online game i play nowadays, from MW2 & BFBC2, to HoN and L4D 1 & 2, which is Kalle Schnikov. Fits extra well in the FPS games, if you get the pun...
