pod your way to a mission hub, fleet with someone running missions, undock in nub ship and warp to mission.
shoot highest bounty battleship, dock up and wait 15mins.
repeat until you're no longer red.
huzzah
or.... pod to lowsec, set your clone there, buy GTC, sell for iskies, go rat.

Ill tell you what your biggest mistake was..posting with an alt.Noone in their right mind will offer help because if we did offer help and said "hit me up in game" like the guy a few posts ago ..everyone would hit him up and say "its me from the forum".So you should have posted with your main,so we can look you up and see whats going on.Maybe you should try that..good luck in any case.Hope you figure it out.

I have a neg sec status from pirating in low sec and I'm pretty much stuck now. I don't want to live in low sec anymore so I went to 0.0 to rat. But I got caught and bombed after I was running from a fleet trying to probe me down. I saw chribba though but sadly he didn't save me. I got it down to -5.6 until I was podded. But I woke up in rens with no ship and this song playing in my head for some reason and as I saw it, it was a good idea to set up a 0.0 proteus ratter and make a run for 0.0 it's worked before... but not this time. So now I'm broke, stuck in highsec with a noob ship -5.6 and no money. I can't really even risk leaving to get podded again because I had to replace my implants with the last of my money. So what do I do?
-5.6 isn't so bad, it's perfectly doable to grind back by killing 0.0 rats. Hop into something nimble, fit a cloak and kill the highest bounty rat every 15mins. I went from -8 to -3 in a few weeks of really casual play before I went out of ammo, made a bit of money too.
Make sure to use a jump clone btw, that way you don't have to waste expensive implants in case you get killed.
I thought you could do it much quicker than that with the multisystem grind?
Kill a rat in one system, jump to next repeat and rise 15 minutes then you get sec rise from each system?
I managed -9.9 to -1.5 in a few days

The same thing happened to me just yesterday except i have an even lower sec then you
