Its allways talk about people losing ship in mission. What would happens if every can was blue to everyone och u could mark it to be blue everytime npc dropet loot.
And importent mission can could be locked to the missionrunner "not blue"
Then could be "noob" friendly and "pirate" could take cans from everyone as before.
For exemple i dont care if anyone take my loot in mission if they want but i want to have the opption to make every can blue instead to do this manual.

Not sure if there is a difference. If you're to new to know what to fire at and what not to fire at, you're probably to new to know whether to let people loot your wrecks or not. Parrots, commence!

If you made all wrecks abandoned once they dropped, you would have just as many people on the forums complaining about how their loot keeps getting stolen and how it's their loot.
If you doubt this, go look up all the topics about how ninja salvagers are horrible people and the game's mechanics should be changed to not allow ninja salvaging. We all know salvaging is working as intended, but people still complain about it. Changing the wrecks to abandoned would generate exactly the same response and just not solve anything. Better to leave the system as is.

In times gone by anyone could take from your cans without getting aggro. But the devs fixed this so that you could take action against someone taking from your can. So, I doubt they will implement your idea as it seems like a retrograde step.
I have no clue why they have concluded that you should not be able to blow up the ninja salvager. It seems to go against the risk/reward ethos that the devs used to espouse so ferociously.

Salvaging is a sub-profession and they want people to be able to salvage if that's what they choose to do. I'm a combat pilot, but I think it's nice that people have the option of doing different things. The wrecks are junk in space that belong to nobody.
I'll get mad if someone is ninja looting, but salvaging is something that I don't care about. If you want to beat them, salvage faster than they do. I'm just always afraid that salvaging ships that show up on my grid are tacklers in disguise, in which case if they loot, I'll come back in a PvP ship with a few cloaked friends and pop them.

What does one have to do with the other? When you say "fanboi" try to picture a fat man doing burlesque with 2 big ass fans that say CCP on one and HTFU on the other. Because that dude is me. |

It's a comparison. Salvaging right now works similarly to how the OP wants wrecks to work. You can go salvage any wreck, because the wreck does not belong to anyone at all. The OP is asking why wrecks, meaning the loot contained in the wrecks, are not flagged abandoned, making them not belonging to anyone either just like salvage. My point was that people complain about salvage not belonging to the person creating the wreck, they will also complain if the OP's suggestion was implemented.
On another note, the OP needs to remember that some drops are intended to replace bounties. For example, the faction tags. If anyone could grab the faction tags from a wreck, well, there would be a lot more ninja looting as people would want the tags without taking the sec loss of killing the faction ship.

No, it's not fine as is. I want all my wrecks and cans abandoned by default, like they used to be. I didn't like the change, didn't want it, and I want it the way it was.
A simple checkbox to automatically abandon my own loot would be nice.
And that, in a nutshell, is my sig.
