Not sure about the veracity of that claim (or the math) but I would imagine Chribba is pretty close to the top of the pile. .

Second of all, his skills won't reveal anything about what he does. Unlike in PvP where knowing someone's skills might get you a minute advantage, the only thing Chribba's skills reveal is that he can indeed fly titans, and is well versed in the art of mining veld. He also added in features to his website where you can hide things, like your wallet, your skills, whatever. It just seems weird that he's not there at all... Originally by: CCP Tuxford my bad. He had high mem/int and trained industry/science/engineering skills almost exclusively until Apocrypha came out, and has now started doing specific remaps to keep up that advantage. That's also including +5s and maxed learning, and although Chribba could certainly afford them currently, there's no reason to expect he would have had them as long as they have been available.
