Sadly, the players that are selling this space don't actually own the space and are unable to get any of the actual holders into convo's. I am not saying scam and I am not saying deal, but when I get a convo from one of the actual holder ceo's I will update the thread. Back story says PL was paid to take this space and they have done that, but weather they can actually rent it or sell it is another un-confirmed story....news at 6

That was the reply I rec'd from WN Rental Diplo. When I brought this to the op's attention he said we needed to act fast as they where leaving the area...Hum, so let me get this right, I have to give you 5-15 billion isk depending on what "Special Deal" we want....but we will not get docking rights or standings from the sov holders who are going to give the system and station away and you, the guys that are trying to pimp this deal, with no acknoledgement from senior PL alliance diplo's, are not going to be here and right next door we have Curse Alliance....and we need to act fast right? The scam is strong here...

IDK what you won't get for 8b, but I was offered the possibility of docking rights and the possibility of blue standing for 5b. Ofc because I was only 11 jumps from the system where I was possibly going to get all this, it was suggested that it would be a lot better for me and my guys to haul all our gear 44 jumps (12 threw low or null) to a "safe" system where we might have blue standings and then give all said loot to PL so they could ship it for us...or...if we didn't like or feel safe about that we still needed to drag our gear the 44 jumps, 12 threw null or low sec and PL would use a titan to bridge us to a place...I mean to JLO where we might have standings and docking rights. I am balls deep into this thread....maybe for you they would spring for sand free lube, IDK. I need to find Tyrrax to get his opinion, any guiding hand guys want to tap on this?
