a very important question for me. is it possible for a class 2 wormhole to have static highsec AND a static c3? and if so, how can i check it? is there some tool to check it with or can i simply check it by being a couple days in the wormhole and see if theres always a c3 and hs wh respawning? thanks in advance for any answers.

Depends, we quite enjoy killing people who stumble into our humble C2, we even make sure to keep sites active, just to lure people in..

Same here. We also found whole mining fleets active in our own system (wtf is dscan??) when we logged in, ready to get ganked.
The traffic on the k-space wormhole depends highly on the region you are in at the moment. If your k-space static is 3 jumps from Jita you probably get tons of tourists the whole day and some funny fights. If you are in Tash-Murkon or whatever you are lucky if you see a player in k-space.

yes indeed they do, we populate a c2 with a c2 static and a low sec static also
if we run out of sites we just head next door or out into low sec to say hello =-)
