This CCP video sums the situation up perfectly. Other people can do what they want to you, but they may have to deal with the consequences later. Revenge is a dish best served cold, and in huge quantities.

I haven't look3ed up your charachter to see if you've done this already, but I'd suggest talking to some Corps in the area. A good sized general style corp that does both mining and PVP may welcome the chance to take you onboard ()and may have their own scores to settle with these guys).
Explain your situation to them (even link this thread).

Revenge pretty much doesn't exist, unless you are lucky or willing to devote your time and resources to it, and even then you can easily get none whatsoever. -------------------------------------------------------------- Fanboys would make great cult members. |

By that argument successful alliances don't exist, successful wormhole operations don't exist, NPC bounties don't exist...
What in Eve doesn't require time and resources and an element of risk? This argument makes no sense.

Haters Gonna Hate are a bit of a joke (I dont mean that in terms of skill btw). You will prolly find they don't stick around for long - besides if they keep ganking you they are going to have to keep taking time out to go rebuild their sec status, I'd be surprised if they keep this up for too long. |

OP: If you don't want the hassle of moving, then you must do the following: Set that corp's/alliance's standing to -10. Then, when you log on, take a careful look in the local channel to see if any of them are in the system. If they are, do not undock in your expensive mining barge. If you have a corporation, get an unskilled alt character into your corp and undock in that. If they're sitting outside the station and kill the unskilled alt, it will hurt them a lot more than it will you. You can even skill that alt to fly a very basic tech1 mining frigate costing a few tens of thousands of isk. Buy a few of them and go mine in a belt with the unskilled alt. Again, if they kill you, it'll hurt them more than it will you.
They might decide to wardec you, in which case they will suffer no punishment for attacking you, but I seriously don't think that they will, or else they would have done it the first time they attacked you. You're a small beginner pilot and the effort they would have to expend to constatntly attack you would not be worth it.
Final, reaffering to my point about setting your standings to them, it means that you can mine in peace as long as you keep your eyes on the local channel. If you see them in the local channel, warp back to the station and dock.
Griefers tend to have low patience thresholds in eve and if you don't present them with satisfying targets, they'll get bored and eventually leave and go grief someone else. Be warned though, that there are people, rare as they are, in eve who will keep on griefing single new players over long periods just because they can.
If these guys do follow you around and make the game unplayable for you, then you'll have to start learning combat skills and then go join either RvB or Eve Uni, where you'll have the protection of other people in the same boat as you.
