I think i found the problem...
*Only lottery participants are allowed to guess a winning number.
Edit: it's not a bad lotto, just keep trying against the odds. It will sell.

Thank you for your suggestion. I will remove that small detail. I guess that means that you can try and guess again since your original number falls outside of this lottery's scope
