very uncool and unreliable i am gonna petition ccp.
also he bidded out of time , you say 20 min at 2.42 but i gived you my bo in game at 2.30. (logs) but even at forum he is barely inside/outside |

Well mate, I got the OOG mail from CCP saying the char is being sent to my account so I don't know what to say.
If it is what you say it is (doubting that), then feel free to do the following:
1) Make a petition to CCP for your ISK
2) In 10 hours when I get the toon (or when I wake up), I'll check the wallet for your supposed ISK.
3) If your ISK is there then I will send it back to you and create another CCP petition stating that I did so with whatever EVE time I did.
Also if you buy toons in the future, please note:
1) The seller basically has all the rights (so he can sell to whatever bid he wants to), the only thing he cannot do is scam
2) The thread is the official, documented method (which is why you never use EVE Mail for anything)
3) If you're AFK from the computer/thread someone else might be available and get the toon you want (happened to me many times lol)
4) Just because you made a bid doesn't mean it's sold to you, until you send the ISK and the seller confirms it's going to you
In any case if what you said about you sending your ISK to that toon is real, it's not like you're losing your ISK. Either I (with CCP confirming) or CCP will send it back, so just relax man  |

probably they are in the char so just send me it back. i will wait you first than contact cpp. so if you find isk inside just sent, and we not need to incomodate anybody |
