The first one is minmatar PvPer almost 28m sp
He can fly Recons, Hacs, T3, Cynabal, Logis and much more
They are good as ganging duo with anchoring bubles ( huginn + falcon duo )
Hes just finishing lvl 5 Drone interfacing.
