I stopped playing just before Exodus, came back a couple days ago. Having some fun robbing people in 1.0. Some of them are ballsy enough to attack me. And what I noticed is that when I used to attack people before Exodus in suicide kerstal squads, as soon as you opened fire, Concord jammed you, scrambled you and destroyed you. Now I see myself getting attacked and no Concord... still no Concord... oh there you sons of a b**** are.
I mean if this is the case, hell I'm going to grab alts and kerstals and lay the smack down on some nice expensive Covetors without having to delcare war on corps.

back when my sec was **** like 5 days ago, i went through 5 1.0 systems in a shuttle. concord appeared, webbed/scrambled, but never shot at me or did any damage ^^.

I had some contraband in my hold, customs webbed and scrambled me, and I refused to turn over the stuff. Took them about 20 seconds to start shooting. This was on Sisi, though.
I'm all for concord being slow
