I am new to Eve but not new to rp, I wish to find good and active Caldari rp corp for my main character, she is scientist and believes in well organized corporations (to keep order and rule) and wishes to be part of one someday helping with her skills. She does not expect everything to be done leagally in corporation (using slaves etc.) but strongly dislikes piratism thinking it is a waste of resources.

Glad to see another RP lover in eve, would recommend Omerta Syndicate myself. There is also Drink Starsi, a Caldari drink company equivalent to Quafe. Enjoy and welcome to Eve.

From Omerta Syndicate wedpages: HOW DO I JOIN? If you should choose you want to join Omerta Syndicate, you must have/be the following; 1. You must accept that we are an RP based corporation. This doesn't mean you have to RP, but you must understand corp wars may spawn from In Character actions and reactions.
Omerta Syndicate aims to be the home of a tight knit group of PVPers and production gurus, any direction is open for discussion, we're not a dictatorship so ideas are very welcome.
This does not sound like rp corp to me

Sorry I cant help you then. Those are the only two that I know that are even close to roleplaying, if you really want pure roleplaying and dont have to much time invested in your character I would suggest starting over as Amarrian and contact PIE.

The above basically means that we won't execute you if you don't feel like being IC in corp chat all the time. We don't force you to RP. But the corporation's ideology and the motives behind it's actions are IC, thus I would definitely label us an RP corporation.
Thing is, we are a paramilitary organization, meaning we will be fighting other players (hello Vronsky/MM/FU2/TPRA! :), and good luck trying be properly IC when using Teamspeak for combat operations.
However, if you do want a 100% hardcore IC outfit to belong to, then no, we're not the place to go to. Then you should inspect Drink Starsi, though I am not entirely certain on what rules they enforce.
Best of luck, and feel free to contact me ingame if you want more information.

I would recommend Omerta Syndicate myself. Drink Starsi is another Caldari RP corp, but yah, both have been mentioned already, so I'm just repeating here.
The RP environment in EVE is a bit peculiar, so you'll have to carve out role-playing for yourself if that's what you're looking for. It tends to be kinda multi-layered, considering that there will be players not interested in RP, communication channels where being IC will be difficult all the time and so on ... still, RP exists in game.
Either of the afore-mentioned corps should be good for that.

When rp corporation accepts players who do not rp or don't feel like it always then doesen't that ruin the rp experience? Like at one moment you are IC and then suddenly start talking about OOC things, when I rp I wish that at least on the corporate channel I would not need to worry about that or need to see words like: rofl, lmao, lol etc.
I understand that people also wan't to talk OOC, but then there should be channel for that, OOC and IC channel (IC of course the main).
