Now if I recall my math and my geo correctly what makes the richter scale so huge that most ppl don't see is that it is a logaritmich scale. That's *10. So even a slight increase is huge.
Oh and judgement day is not coming. This was just a quake, sure it was huge, but given an infinate amount of time we'll hit 10.0 aswell.

All conspiracies aside (except for this big one?), it's scary how many things occur on the same dates.
Two earthquakes on the same day? Not to mention 9/11 where first there was a coup somewhen back, then the attack on WTC, and a year (or two? can't remember) after, Swedens something-something minister Anna Lindh was murdered.

All conspiracies aside (except for this big one?), it's scary how many things occur on the same dates.
Two earthquakes on the same day? Not to mention 9/11 where first there was a coup somewhen back, then the attack on WTC, and a year (or two? can't remember) after, Swedens something-something minister Anna Lindh was murdered.

The world has been ending since it began, nothing lasts forever. Not the planets, stars or galaxies (the Milky Way is do to collide with Andromada in a few trillion years). Colossus of Rhodes was toppled by an earthquake, Alexandria sank beneath the sea and countless other civilizations have fell to the NATUAL effects of the ever-changing planet.
Back then people blamed gods or themselves for displeasing the gods or something equally unreasonable. Now we blame each other because of a piddly few technical advances. We havenĘt really come very far, have we?

Well, i think all this conspiracy theory is not very logic, what reason would any goverment have to risk shifting the earths rotation and so on just to kill inocent ppl or disrupt the economy of the affected countries. Would be easier to use economic tools and strategies to reach smae goals in non violant ways. All this bout weapons using nature as force is bs, its too risky, too impracticle and on a science needed lvl, i dont think we are there yet.
