I'm looking to buy a toon with the following skills:
Required (or very close):
- Max Fitting Skills
- Max Shield Tanking Skills (at least Management, Operation, etc V)
- Max Capacitor Skills
- T2 Heavy Missiles
- Caldari Subsystem Skills IV/V
- Decent Probing Skills (IV/III)
Bonuses:
- Astrometrics V
- Recons
- Logistics
- Amarr/Gallente Cross Training
- Cybernetics V
- Carrier Skills
Considering characters anywhere from 15m (Focused tengu pilot) to 50m (cross trained and/or cap skills) with the right price! I'd like to have some iskies left over, so less is more but I will open it up to the right toon! Let me see what you got.

Sorry Mac, the SP just aren't where I need them.
A note for future contenders: My primary interest is in a Tengu pilot. Any other skills would be just be fun toys to go play with.
