How the winner is picked:
The lottery will be using Chribba's Dice-API tool. Its a tool that picks a random number(s) before the lottery starts and locks it (no one including myself or Grendell can see this number(s) until it is unlocked). Grendell my 3rd party service will hold the prize(s) as well as pick the winning number(s), which can be seen here.
We are also going to be using a ticket counting system which will automatically update the lotto every hour.
So how do you play?
Lottery consist of 1500 tickets
Each ticket cost 10 million isk, once isk is confirmed received, forum will be updated with your numbers here.
Lottery draw will be 24 hours after all tickets are purchased
Ticket Numbers given are randomized between 1 and 2000.
To purchase tickets, send isk to in game character MaxXx4U in multiples of 10 mill with the reason field of Lotto03.
*Examples:
1 ticket send 10,000,000 isk to MaxXx4U reason Lotto03
2 tickets send 20,000,000 isk to MaxXx4U reason Lotto03
10 tickets send 100,000,000 isk to MaxXx4U reason Lotto03
and so on...
For every 10 tickets you purchase, you receive 1 ticket for free.
