well i have been running security missions and i am looking for a better ship. should i just keep same ship? if so what is a good set up/skills that are good. really just looking for suggestions at this point.

Without knowing anything else, all I can say is use a drake.

For Amarr Coercer is good for Lvl 2 Missions, Harbinger Lvl 3, Apoc Lvl 4.
Caldari has a better Dmg profile. Caracal Lvl 2, Drake 3, Raven 4. |

lol heres a bet....picka mission, any L3,L4 mission. then pick your fav battlecruiser.
now pick an isk amount, any isk amount. and i bet a well equipped drake can doit faster.
moan about the drake as a symbol all you want haters. its simply the best all around PVE machine out there.

If using a punisher I am assuming you are training up you gun and fitting skills and based in Amarr space. Personally I'd go with the Harbinger for Lvl 3's.
Yes the Drake is a good PVE ship but it is terribly BORING....volley counting etc lasers are excellent vs most mission rats you will come up against in Amarr space and it's instant damage - stick with it, for me ultimate ship in that scenario is the Nightmare for lvl 4's....annihilates the opposition. |

Tengu is awesome for plexes and blitzing, but it doesn't compare to a Golem / CNR for killing far less to a Machariel. |

I use a Drake for Lvl 4s when I get bored of using my CNR. Same build, less the TPs which I swap for mission specific active resists. Can do all Lvl 4s without issue.

A beam fit Coercer could do most correct faction level 2s (as a 1 week old newb) before the ROF buff. I'm sure now it is cake. |

harbinger for lvl 3 ( through drake makes it easier and it is better)
apoc for lvl 4, till you can afford a navy apoc. |
