Chapter 1 - Bond Terms and Conditions
This is a 8 Billion ISK bond with 8% interest monthly paid out at 2% weekly. 80 bonds at 100 million each.
Price of bond - 100 million each
Number of bonds - 80
Interest - 8% per month (paid 2% weekly)
Length - 1 month (4 weeks)
Start date - Upon receipt of all ISK
Collateral - None
Reports - Minimum of an end of bond report
Audit - No
Chapter 2 - Purpose of the Rykker Bond #3
Rykker Bow bond #1 - (3 Billion) February 2010
Rykker Bow bond #2 - (8 Billion) April 2010
This will be my third public bond and the purpose will be to raise capital to begin trading in full once again. IÆve had a break from the game due to RL workload and now that IÆm back would like to return to heavy trading in order to increase my cash reserves as IÆve bought quite a few expensive new toys. I currently do not plan on having an audit for this bond but will certainly reconsider pending public reaction. Both prior public bonds were audited and can be seen in the links above. Additionally, I have no plans on investing in other areas at the moment but will reserve the right to invest personal funds into other areas should opportunities arise.
Chapter 3 - Background
IÆve had profitable trading experience at Jita and thatÆs where I plan to stay for the foreseeable future. IÆve also had experience in handling simultaneous trading ventures in the 20-50 billion range and do not see this venture as a strain on my time or abilities. IÆve also kept tabs on the market during my downtime and believe changes to the game will not impact my trading strategies.
Chapter 4 - Business Plan
Station trading. Nothing new or groundbreaking. Public funds will be used in buy low/sell high strategy and market manipulations will be used where possible to maximize profits. This venture will be two part as in the last bond with 8 billion in public funds and 12 billion in personal funds for a total of 20 billion. Profits throughout the life of the bond that are not reinserted into station trading will be used in contract trading.
Chapter 5 - Statement of Assets
Liquid (trade orders, stock and ISK) = ~13 billion
Assets (ships, equipment, etc.) = ~1 billion

Chapter 6 - Risks
Work related risks is not too much of a threat as my busy season is coming to a close. Burned out - always a possibility but with being away for the last couple months IÆm excited to be getting back into the market.
Unable to handle or use the 20 billion in public and personal funds is not likely as my last two months of active trading was in the 20-50 billion range.
Scam. Again, always a possibility. I can only state that IÆve felt that scamming others is in very poor taste.
RL accidents. Should something unfortunate happen I'm sure I'll be able to get a message out to the forums from wherever I end up and even make arrangements to have the funds transferred. Should something even more unfortunate happen where communications are not possible....then you'll have to wait till I come out of my coma or become reincarnated or whatever. Lets face it, if something like that does happen and a message of 'he's in a coma' comes to the forums it's going to have scam written all over it whether it's true or not. The chances of that happening in the next month or two are pretty darn remote.
Ganking, wardec. N/A - IÆll be at the 'Jita Bar and Grill' drinking Bud's and eating cheeseburgers once again.
Chapter 7 - Exit Strategy
If trading does not go as expected or sudden circumstances prohibit me from further trading then current buy orders will be slowed or stopped and all interest will be paid as if the bond had reached it's completion and all ISK from the bond returned to investors.

I'd like to thank everyone for their trust once more. The payout schedule will be updated at the official start of the bond. As in my previous bonds, early depositors will receive an initial pro-rated interest payment should the official start be delayed.
the bond is currently full pending receipt of investor funds. I will be accepting investors on the reserve list should any of the current investors decide to drop out.

Thanks everyone. All funds have be received and the interest payout schedule has been updated. Trading has commenced and investors can expect their first interest payment September 16th.

Week one of the Rykker Bond #3 is now finished and interest has been paid out.
current NAV of 24.5B (less 20B for pulbic/private funds in use) = 4.5B profits
and a daily profit of 640M over the first week
Average time spent at the keyboard was about 3 hours throughout the day. Profits and time needed have been consistant with previous bonds.

and an average daily profit of 475M for the second week
Took a couple of days off early in the week otherwise business as usual. Started a couple of different trading ventures and hopefully they will start producing a return this week.

and an average daily profit of 393M for the third week
RL has gotten a little busy but still managed to squeeze out a couple billion. I'll be busy again this week but I'm hoping to get to 12B by the end of the bond.

Week four of the Rykker Bond #3 is now finished. All interest and initial deposits have been paid back to complete the bond.
current NAV of 33.5B (less 20B for public/private funds in use) = 13.5B profits
week two profit 3B
and an average daily profit of 430M for the fourth week
and an overall daily profit of 480M
four week earnings 12.8B
Thank you to the investors for their trust in this bond, I'm glad everyone could make some extra ISK over the last four weeks.
About 80% of the total profits came from station trading, 15% from contract trading and the remainder coming from haul trading (hauling was contracted out) to take advantage of large price differences between the smaller hubs and Jita. Keyboard time for the last two weeks were lighter than normal at about 1-3 hours a day.
There is a new bond in the works which will be posted in the next day or two to give time for any comments or suggestions to be posted and addressed in this thread.
Taram Caldar and berytus have decided to rollover their current investment into the next bond and will receive the current interest rate of 8% until the official start of the next bond at which time the new interest rate will take effect. Stated here for record.
