By my calculations I would live 30 seconds or longer, since it is unlikely that they'll be doing any more than 150dps. A set of trimarks would buy a few more seconds. That seems sufficient to hold them to me... they'll probably panic when the tacklers arrive and they still can't move.
Edit: If there is more than one, you're absolutely right, better to not engage and just call corpies in without pinning them down first. Shouldn't waste iskies, after all. :-)
well 30 seconds is more than enough.
keep in mind that if you account for perfect conditions, no plan will survive "real-life". You have to take Murphy's Law into account.
if you want a bait ship for drams, I would use no less than 10k EHP.

How fast is your plated hound?
Edit: it takes you 3.3 seconds to lock once you decloak, in that time a dramiel can get over 10km away from a stand still, therefore nullifying your scram and webs, even if you manage to get them activated on him his velocity will carry him out of range even if you overheat. Then all he has to do is turn the mwd back on. |
