Based on an idea by Omber Zombie. We will allow "signature contest" threads, but threads where people look for a signature designer will be locked. Threads from signature designers advertising their services will also be locked and you will be refered to this thread.
This is a thread for the people offering banners and signatures to post in, and for others to find a good designer for your banners and signatures.
Signature rules
Please read the EVE Forum Rules to make sure your signature is according to the forum rules. Remember that you, as the person who uses the signature is responsible for making sure you don't break the signature rules, and no one else.
Hosting
You have to host your signature image yourself, most ISPs provide some webspace for you, but if you don't have access to your own webspace there are some free hostings out there, here are some of them:

I can do static, animated, small, large and even custom php generating banners.
If you want a banner just remember to include as much information and details as you can. It's good for me that you have some rough idea of what you want. Capturing various avatars or in game images that you want in the signature is a good thing.
Tips ctrl+F9 turns off the UI and print-scrn button to take a screenshot. Though if you've got FRAPS screenshots in BMP format are the best of editing.
I'm based in Australia so please be mindful of that in regards to communication and timezones. I hope to hear from you soon, if you want to just discuss ideas first I'm more than happy to offer some advice.

Conditions
Sig base price includes 1 large alteration (near remake) and 2-3 minor ones.
If more work is needed (rarely the case), the price is renegotiated to accomodate the additional work effort needed.
Price on logo's, banners and splash screens are negotiated based on complexity.
Source files can be provided. Price varies depending on project.
Rule of thumb: Source file price approx the same as project price.
Later updates to projects are done at (much) cheaper rates, depending on complexity. Simple updates are done more or less for free.
Corp / Alliance deals: Corps ordering several items are liable for bulk-order discounts, ranging from 15-90% depending on items ordered and complexity. EVE mail me if you are looking for this.

I will personalize it to whatever you wish, the more detail you give me, the better the outcome. It takes me 2-3 days to create a sig or banner at most, 1 day if I'm not busy.
