Is there an advantage to listing for less than 90d?
Is there any way to remotely restack something that's in your assets?
Is there any way to tell how much volume you have at a station other than eve commander?
Do you get notification if an order fails due to missed margin?
Corp courier contracts need to originate from a corp hangar, must they also terminate at a corp hangar?
Let's say you have like a >30j trip, how do you get a list of waypoints? Can you do it in game or do you need to go to an external website to do it?

Not sure

Nope, the order just gets cancelled, any ISK still in escrow gets returned, and you get stuck with the fees.

They will end up in the delivery hangar if there is no corp office.

Just right click the system name in-game and click add waypoint. As for optimizing them, there isn't a good option for that.

In the map interface, click on Autopilot and there is a checkbox "waypoints expanded" on the waypoints tab. Clicking that should give a list of all the intermediate points to a destination.

Is there any way to tell how much volume you have at a station other than eve commander? No. Although you can buy Station Warehouses or Station Vaults (whichever is cheaper) and store your stuff in them. All containers list the volume of items stored in them. You can even remotely look at the content of the container (right click the container in assets menu -> "View Content"). I'm not sure if items that are stored in the containers are listed in the Assets Search option.
Do you get notification if an order fails due to missed margin? No. This would be an useful feature tho.
Corp courier contracts need to originate from a corp hangar, must they also terminate at a corp hangar? No. Breaker77 explained it.
Let's say you have like a >30j trip, how do you get a list of waypoints? Can you do it in game or do you need to go to an external website to do it? If you have to go 30 jumps away just to get there, just right click the name of that system and "Set Destination". However if you have multiple waypoints to visit (to pick up stuff from multiple systems for example) you can add them all by right clicking the name of each waypoint system and choosing "Add Waypoint". Waypoints can be optimized inside the game. When you set all waypoints, open your map (F10), go to "World Map Control Panel" window, "Autopilot" tab, "Waypoints" sub-tab. In the bottom of the window you will now have "Optimize" button.
However, route optimization for many (say 20 for example) waypoints isn't possible. The problem is not bad game design, or lag, or power of your computer. The limitation of the number of waypoints you can optimize in a reasonable amount of time is limited by the Traveling Salesman Problem.

I think this list only goes to 20-25j. That's why I asked about a 30j route.
edit: idea: change font size?

Assuming it is within your sell order range (and in the same region), you can create sell orders for all the individual stacks and cancel them all. This will stack the items, however you waste a little ISK on broker fees.
For items in another region, doing the same with a contract could work - I've never tried it.

Right-click in space, click Show Route (if the label says Hide Route, you are done). Then you should see the entire path plotted on your universe map. I just set a 78 jump route and it worked fine. ___________ EVE is dying! Now for real! |

They dont need to originate from a corp hangar or terminate at a corp hangar. Items first need to be moved from deliveries into a personal or corp hangar, and then the courier contract set up. If it is set up to be a corp contract, the items will be delivered to the deliveries hangar in the destination station.
