this is pure fiction ,which i would like to see come true.as most of us all know caldari needs a ships that puts out some decent dps while still be able to tank at close range .of course there should be tier 4 for all races, so any ideas just post them up lets see what we can find here . my idea for the tier4 caldari BS is : shipclass name : Berkut,7 high slots 7 launcher hardpoints no guns no universal slot , 7 med slots,3 low slots . it should get a 7.5% rate of fire bonus to torpedo and cruise missiles per lvl and a 5% cap recharge rate per lvl,it starts out with the standart caldari resitance for armor and shields,hence its a t1.but it would get and increased shield and armor count, i was thinking about 9500 shields and 7500 armor.powergrid should be around 16500 hence it only got 3 low slots and 870cpu,yea thats right fitting that thing should not be that easy ey ? there are still aspects that i havent thought of as shield recharge rate or the drone bay and its bandwith,but hey let ccp do some work ^^.and i had no idea how it should look like so gimme some ideas as well guys o/
