Caldari and Amarr factions hate me. I mean really, really, hate me. With the kind of hate usually reserved for ex-spouses and their inlaws.
The question I have is, if I take up a crusade to go slaughtering the enemies of the Caldari and the Amarr, specifically Gurstas and Blood raiders, will that over time help make it so that the Caldari and Amarr hate me a little less?

àmaybe I'm overthinking this, but aren't your ex-spouse's inlaws your own parents? ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |

I see from your factions standings Amarr Empire is -0.05 to you, and Caldari is -0.02
I definitely 100% think you need to fix up this problem ASAP, all this hatred is no good.
If you keep going this way, then after a few years, there navies might start to shoot you.

Their are three suggestions I can give you to help with your faction standings!
1. Train the skill deplomacy, it lowers the ammount they hate you. This will make it easier to repair your standings.
2. The Sisters of EVE is a NPC corp. that give missions against both Gurisatas and Sansha/Bloods which will raise your standings. Avoid missions where you have to kill Empire people.
3. Take a Cruiser or Battlecruiser to Lo or Null and kill rats. You should equip it with a cloak, if people enter the system warp 100km above a planet and cloak, keep moving while cloaked.
Thats about all the advice I can give you.
Hope it helps!

Sigh.
When I say they hate "me", I mean that they hate another one of my persona, not this one. The character they hate is -9.8 with Amarr and -6 with Caldari, and that is with maxed out social skillz. Too many "Smash the Supplier" missions, and too long in the Gallente militia killing squids has set that character in a pretty bad way.
There is no Sisters of Eve equivilant for getting Amarr/Caldari out of the gutter. Ammatar Mandate hates me as well, because of my abysmal Amarr standinngs.
So, back to the original question. Will killing the enemies of the Amarr and Caldari, specifically the pirate factions of Gurista and Blood Raiders, be of any use at all in getting these standings out of the gutter?

Since you are close to the top of their most wanted list i guess a suicide would make them hate you less.
I also think killing the beloved members of the Gurista/Bloodraider clan would over time solve that problem too. Isnt it also recently added that regardless of how much you sacked your standings you still have access to a lvl 1 agent still ?

Killing their enemies does not improve your standings.
There are 1 off missions where you just drop off tags and standings got up ( Datacentre agents ).
And as mentioned you can still access L1 Q0 or below agents and there will be agents in Minmatar / Gallente space you can use.

Maybe his ex-spouses got remarried, and, as a result, gathered more in-laws. Totally unrelated, although not necessarily, to the OP. Hatred towards them may or may not be justified. Suggestion: Remove the "new topic" button from everywhere apart from the list of topics section within a subforum.
That'd save those with chronic hand/eye coordination some face. |
