Please note that i'm willing to take a character that needs *some* work. So please keep in line with the requirements i have posted below.
Here's what im looking for...
 Ability to fly a Rorqual with Mining Ganglinks (t2 Links are a +)
Ability to fly a Thanatos with good support skills
All Mineral processing skills to lvl 4
Ability to use the Industrial Core
Scrapmetal Processing lvl 4 (lvl 5 is a +)
Good ship production skills
Good Science Skills
Cybernetics 5
+/neutral sec status
Here are some additions that i would like but are not required
 Trade Skills
PI Skills
Probing Skills
Ability to fly a freighter(Gallante or Caldari)
Logi 4 (Logi 5 is a huge +)
Good Boosting skills with the ability to fly a loki or tengu booster
I'm not in a rush to buy but if i see something that i really like i wont hesitate to put down an offer.

What kind of budget you have?
I bought this character while ago to be my Nyx pilot and actually flew one for awhile, but found out that supers wasnt really floating my boat...
Char has super clone with HG-slaves and 6%. Also carebear clone with +5 attribute implants and Mining foreman mindlink. Remap is available next year...
Only setback is that char is pretty much permabanned from Gallente space, but shouldnt be problem if you are looking for capital flier. |

Been skilling up for a bit. Doesnt have everything you were looking for but is certainly on the right track. Also has 2 remaps available.
