Has anyone heard anything about Dust 514 lately?
Nothing has been posted on the website for about 6 months now.
As far as I know the CCP China Team was working on it right?
How is it coming along, more screenshot, demo clips, ETA?

Yeah I heard people didnt like it, but I pretty sure you dont have to play it. Pretty simple really.

Depending on what development stage they are in. In most games there is a period where the main focus is fine tuning things this usually comes prior to beta testing. During this stage no real info is released because really there isnt any. Now whether or not Dust in this stage or not i have no idea.
Or its in vaporware status. Which I kindof hope it is

I believe they have team in Shanghai that are working on dust. Probably too early to start prodding for updates.

i prefer the xbox controller to using the mouse and keyboard combo.
my PC is only for 'spreadsheet' games, like EVE and Football Manager

star trek online has a half way decent space and ground based intergrated pvp system and pve mission system.

yeah but star trek doesnt have tanks or bombers or battlecruisers in its ground combat.

Some big corps and alliances are already ramping up their members with consoles to be prepared for its release.
You don't think those big ego's let some 'other' nerds invade their game and destroy their precious PI structures, do you?

Well hopefully they release some more info/screens/whatever soon.
I also wonder what its going to be like trying to fight on a Plasma or Lava planet?

I'm pretty sure they were using a xbox hand controller in the demo, not that it means to much.
Hopefully they go for all console platforms. maybe even the WII to get all those old parents playing

Why ask here? there are sites that care about xbox games.
Dust 514 cheatsheet:
- to the extent it connects to eve it is a bad thing.
- to the extent it doesn't.... who cares?
