One thousand four hundred-ish Blinks later, I've finally won my first Mega Blink: an Orca 
Then several hours later, I won two more Mega Blinks.

Suggestion: When promo blinks finish, make them appear like regular 8-slot blink finishes, and just show the name of the person who won and the winning ticket rather than showing all the tickets.
