Hi guys, I was wondering what was the best corporation to mission for (combat missions). I used to think it was Spacelane but my friend said that Spacelane is bad to mission for because their LP sucks. Thoughts?

What do you mean by "best"?
Most fun? Most ISK/hr including LP? Least number of anti-faction missions? Most consistent target selection so you don't have to keep changing fittings between missions?

Most isk/hr I believe, including or excluding LP. I have no idea how LP is actually income, so if you wanna explain that to me that'd be cool too. Then suggest me a corp.

As usual there is no "best" in EVE, the LP conversion into ISK factors also how many people are trying to sell the same item, or how many people try to buyorder the necessary tags - so the "best" corp is tied to the fact that people don't tell you which one it is, so you (and others reading this) don't join the fray in that corp.
The instant someone answers your question it becomes invalid, so my suggestion is - figure it out the hard way.

Loyalty Points are used at the LP stores. You buy stuff with LP, sell it (e.g.: via contracts) and thus convert LP into ISK.
Head over to the LP Store Database and look for things that sell well. You will need to do some research to figure out which corps or agents offer the best LP and figure out for yourself which Corp to work for.
If I tell you a Corp now, everyone reading the forums will start working for that Corp and thus ruin the opportunity.

As mentioned, "best" depends on the terms of reference ...
All things being equal ... typically the highest quality agent in lowest security system which does not give missions to low sec ... is considered by some to be the best since the LP and monetary rewards are maximized.
On the other hand, some folks feel that the quietest system offering similar benefits is the best since there are few or no ninja salvagers/looters.
Or ... some prefer a quiet system, with lowest security, highest agent quality offering missions against Angel or Sansha to maximize salvage income to be the best.
Ultimately you have to decide what you are looking for ... which faction you want to run missions for ... and where you want to do it. However, in my opinion, it IS worth working up standings for other corps to run missions in better locations.
The tools for finding mission hubs are at eve-agents.com and eveinfo.com and the ingame map feature. If you display "Pilots in space" or in system in the last 30 minutes using the ingame map during prime time ... all the high sec bright spots are either trading hubs (Jita, Rens, Dodixie and Amarr) ... or mission hubs. However, just because a system is a mission hub on the map doesn't make it the best (just look at Motsu). However, most of "the best" (except the truly quiet ones) are fairly well known and are visible on this map. Finally, if you search the forums you will find some of the better mission hubs mentioned fairly frequently. (For example ... the L4Q18 Corporate Police Force agent in Irjunen is highest quality agent in the lowest security high sec system available to the Caldari faction (as far as I know) ... I've seen this information on the forums a dozen times so it certainly isn't a secret.)

Hehe it is kinda of those things that if you write on forums - everyone and their mother will start doing it.
You have resources such as: agents and LP store rewards.
Only thing ppl say is: 5run bpc are best isk/lp
I have a nice corp with good lp store and combat agents of high quality L4 agents in low-hisec space (0.6 SS).
And I wouldnt like for everyone with half brain to figure out which is it... and if ure smart enough youll find it in a breeze aswell.
