All rules of the LLSE applies. No more than 100 shares can be purchased per person for the first two weeks. All purchases must be made through Krythas. Chapter 1 - Summary of SSGSM SSGSM is a trading corporation that operates at Jita 4-4. The corporation participates in station trading of various items. Basically buy low, sell high, ????, profit. I would like to open up 1000 shares of my corporation for public investment. Chapter 2 - Background on origins/idea/current business I started SSGSM for the sole purpose of an IPO. After dabbling in a little bit of everything that eve has to offer, I have decided I like trading the most. After a hiatus lasting a couple months, I am back in the game and ready to make some ISK. I know the basics of station trading and would like to do learn to work many of the other facets of the EVE market that exist. I am currently asking for 100 Million in public funds to jump start my business. I could make the money myself, but an IPO makes trading even more enjoyable then it already is and helps everybody in he process. My experience in trading is two months of station trading in the summer of 2009. I am more than confident that I can make enough money to pay everyone decent dividends. Of course what really matters is whether or not investors are confident of the same. Chapter 3 - Corporate Governance The corporation is only me. That qualifies as a dictatorship. Chapter 4 - The Business Plan The business plan is simple. Since I'm working with such a small amount of money, I'm going to station trade. Dividends will be paid out monthly. If I expand, I will release an updated business plan for that expansion. Chapter 5 - Statement of Assets I don't really own anything. Aside from the assets I am buying and selling, I have a few stray ships at Jita, and some drones scattered about the solar system. The total value of my assets probably does not exceed 30 million, if Zephyrs are valued at 5 mil per ship. Chapter 6 - Full Disclosure of Risks In game: - That I am a scammer and simply want to rip of 100 Million ISK from the EVE community. As most of you know by now, it is unlikely that I or anyone else will run away with such a small amount. - That I get war decced. Not a problem until Incarna is released, at which point, I run the risk of getting mugged or blowing most public funding on virtual strip clubs. - That I will waste all your money on Exotic Dancers. Not likely but I thought this IPO needed an exotic dancer joke. There it is. IRL: - Burn out: Not happening any time soon. - Increased Work load: Also unlikely. - Hit by a bus: I am on a college campus and while there are many buses around, I don't drink, therefore lessening the chance of my untimely death via bus. In all cases except my death, If I am unable to continue my business for any reason, I will offer a buy back of all shares at 110% of the issuing price. If I decide tomorrow that I hate EVE, investors will still make money.

The character's name is Saphirica. The account is currently inactive. If it's relevant, Saphirica was intended to be a Dreadnought alt but until I have a use for the account, it will remain inactive. Chapter 8 - Exit Strategy My exit strategy has been stated above. If for any reason my business cannot continue, I will buy back all shares at 110% of their issuing price. If I die, then investors lose 10 million ISK. Sorry for dying if I do. Chapter 9 - IPO Phases, Dividends, Market Cap Total Number of Shares 2,001 Shares Allocated for IPO 1,000 Price Per Share 100,000 Anticipated Market Capitalization 200,100,000 Dividend Schedule Monthly Total Dividend Payment 40,020,000 Projected Return per Dividend Payment(%) 20% Projected Return per Share 20,000 ISK per Share. If I make any less than 40 million then all of that money will be paid out as dividends. If any more is made, some may be reinvested into the venture but investors can expect higher dividends, i.e., if I make 100 million in a month, 40 million might be reinvested and 60 million might be paid out as dividends. Open to discussion by investors. Chapter 10 - FAQ Q: How do I know this isn't a scam? A: You don't. If you can't afford to lose your investment, please don't invest. I am open to all questions, criticisms, flaming, and pitchfork wielding mobs. Q: How do you know you'll be successful? A: I have already made in a few days of trading more than enough to pay out expected dividends. I know some markets well enough to make the promised 40 million a month. Q: Why are you doing this? A: I want to. It's fun. I get money. Q: Do you intend to have an audit done at some point? A: For 100 million? No. If I decide to expand or ask for more money, I am more than willing to get an audit done. Q: What's your background? A: In real life, I'm a college freshman studying economics trying to learn how to make sense of most of the stuff I see on MD. In game, I'm sort of a jack of all trades but a master of none. I want to change that and become a master at eveconomics. Q: Will you ever buy back shares? A: This IPO will run indefinitely, but when it does end, I will buy back shares at 110% of their sale value. Q: What if someone War Decs SSGSM? A: I will proceed to send them threatening letters. These letters are expected to function much like a UN sanction, that is to say, not at all. Q: Do you have any plans for expansion? A: Yes I do. Mostly revolving around PI, regular I, and expansion in general to other regions. Thanks to Hexxx for his IPO Template and Cista2 for the LLSE initiative that made this offering possible. Orders must be processed by order of escrow recieved.

I jumped the gun on that one. I was just trying to make everything look official. It has since been removed. If there is still demand for shares in 2 weeks I will issue a 100 million isk expansion to let more people in.

No- Isk they send into escrow after 1st release will be for current traded shares. You cannot pre-escrow for future shares...only escrow after the LLSE has conferm new shares are ready for trade will they take escrow for the said new shares.
