Leysritt	Posted - 2010.09.15 22:31:00 - [1] I propose there be a lottery, for every Pakistani that dies I will increase the pile by 1,000-100,000 based on the importance of that casualty. Tickets will be sold at a price based on the current death toll. A percent of the isk will go to the winner and the rest will go toward helping the poor and unfortunate in Pakistan. What do you think? Shall I go through with it?

That's contemptible. You deserve a ban, but then again CCP is pretty contemptible too so they will probably identify with you.
