first screenshot shows that lowest price for item is like 179k. However second screenshot shows that price is lot higher and people actually buy these items.
Does it mean that people buy these items in other station? |

your first screen shot is sorted by station, so it's not the lowest(it might be) sell order.
and yes, it's other stations(or people constantly buying the item by inputting the wrong price, but that's unlikely) |

It's not unusual to see items sell for a lot more than the lowest market price, especially outside of the trade hubs.
People often won't bother traveling to save a few ISK, because time is money. |
