Looking for toon with high/max leadership skills... Armored, Information, Siege, and Skirmish all at 5 with spec's to at least 3. One frigate to 5, all skills related to Covert Ops in place, good learning, that's about it. Do not need or want the mining related skills. Less than 10m SP total. Post options here or mail in-game. Thanks.

Not quite what you're looking for, but it does have maxed Siege Warfare leadership skills, the rest trained to some extent, and can fly covert, probe, covert cyno, etc.

I'm currently selling off some of my characters. It's far more than you asked for, but if you're interested send me a mail in game.
Skills
She can fly every Command ship, although she still has 3 Spec skills at 4, instead of 5, she has every other Leadership skill maxed out, including Fleet Commander 5. She's currently at 59 million SP.
She is currently getting the medium specialist guns for every turret type trained to 4, after which I was going to get her missile skills.

OK, let me know if you decide to spend more. From a Leadership standpoint, you can't get too much better... :-)

Thanks Desmon but Cybernetics needs to be at 5, and even Siege Warfare only at 3. Way off from what I need. Looks like you have him sold anyway which is good for you.
