I don't believe that this is a good idea. You're adding an additional (readily abusable) meta-currency that adds nothing to gameplay.
The only way likes could ever be redeamable for something would be for something unique to the forums themselves. Maybe a private forum that can only be reached by expending likes? But that's about as far as this idea has legs. |
