I know I know people would rather have salvage drones but for all our wishing it has got us nowhere, i think its probably because CCP want you not to be able to salvage while you mission because it would make it to easy and people would always do it do it would flood the market, but tractor drones would just make salvaging easier so that you can have 7 salvager's and 1 tractor beam this would make salvaging easier but not so easy that it would flood the market I would think, also if they are worried about this simply increase the amount of components Rigs require once it has been determined how much the would affect supply and demand.

I think it was mooted recently but would take up a lot of dev time to implement. For now .. cool idea tho.

It would seem you haven't read the first couple pages of A Tale of Two Cities...
Anyway I proposed tractor drones a couple years ago in the features/idea forum calling them 'towing drones' or something of the like...got flamed ect...
I would like them but I can live without.

That is not at all what i proposed... but ok. I'm sure many degrees of this same thing have been proposed over the years. I think whats most important to realize at this point is that we arent getting any variant of this due to __________ excuse. too many dev cycles / makes game to 'easy' ect

Actually, I'm pretty sure salvage exists for ninja salvagers. That's how I interpret it anyways.
